Attendees: Tom Stohlman, Scott Klemm, Pam Gannon, Bill Tsacoyeanes, Ernie Sabine, Brad Badgley, Larry Stabile, Dennis Collins, Josh Schuler, Patrick McCabe, Peter Cooper

Notes of 1/6 meeting accepted as revised.

Brad reported that spring move-in is next weekend.
Pam reported that Pilot Program is developing move-in plans.
DSL has updated COVID policies. 
Plenary scheduled for 2/25.

Startup Committee is developing Occupancy Guidelines.  Will survey AILG leaders for input.
FCI reports that Boston Fire Dept Inspector has completed 5 out of 6 houses. Targets 5 or 6 per day.
LCA needs CO detector in boiler room.
We experienced frozen pipe breaks in two houses: Beta and PSK.
Will send out again the winter advisory message.

Facilities Committee will ask houses to update their renewal list; part of the Facilities Action Plan.
Larry Stabile will make FAPs accessible for alumni leadership.
The IRDF is conducting a capacity study to determine funding available for the facilities renewal program. Final approval by the MIT Treasurer will be required.
