AILG Facilities Committee Meeting 1/6/2021 10:00 am via Zoom

Attendees: Tom Stohlman, Scott Klemm, Josh Schuler, Tom Holtey, Bob Ferrara, Larry Stabile, Bill Tsacoyeanes, Ernie Sabine, Patrick McCabe, Brad Badgley, Liz Jason, Dennis Collins, Pam Gannon, Peter Cooper

Brad reported no fall opening decisions yet by MIT.  Boston's 25% occupancy limit does not apply to Boston FSILGs.

Pam and Brad reported  that three pilot houses for spring occupancy have been announced: #6 Club, WILG and Beta Theta Pi

Houses have license renewals current even as inspection process is still underway.

Josh reports that preventative maintenance is ongoing like gutter cleaning, bathroom drain and heating system maintenance.

Floor plans included in BSF report are being enhanced to include room names/numbers per MIT, architect and the occupants.

Tom has emailed Akil requesting communication process to community about Pilot Spring Occupancy trial.

SLI Dashboard revision is in review.

Old Business: Guidelines for Reoccupying Houses Sub-Committee yet to meet. Includes Tom S., Bob Ferrara, Patrick McCabe, Bill T., Brad, and Scott.

Renewal projects:  Not yet any funding requests to IRDF for loans and major grants. Minor grants soon to be announced. EOG forms to be issued soon. Need to confirm that expenses are not already reimbursed by MIT.

Going forward Pam will schedule recurring Zoom meetings the first Wednesday of each month.
Plenary Zoom meeting scheduled for 2/11 at 6:00 pm
Peter will listen to recordings of two previous meetings and issue notes.
