They have begun examining houses, starting with TDC on Jan 8, the rest next week. Bob, Pam, and David F will soon present the status of a range of items regarding AILG to RD and AA staff (100+ people). These items include FSILG history, faciliies aessements and renewal, and related current topics. Tom Stohlman BSF Tom brought up issues with Boston inspections, especially regarding "assembly" numbers and relevance, i.e., when a house is a "nightclub" versus a lodging house. The nightclub interpretation can arise when houses have parties where they more or less invite the public. Brad says this is not a new issue -- all parties should be by invitation only. There was then dicussion of improving the enforcement of items like occupancy during parties, egress obstructions, and so forth. It was generally concluded that we should watch for these problems and begin to issue the Notice of Safety Concerns, the template for whicxh we just approved. FAPs Do they all really need to be in a rigid standard form? General agreement was no they don't. Tom will start posting them to the lockers. Accreditation relationship doc Commitee offered small edits, voted unanimously to adopt and forward to Akil.
