BSF Tom Stohlman reports the new inspector is rigorous about checking sprinkler deficiencies.
All houses signed up for fall inspection.

Brad B. will issue winter prep email.

SLI contact list is out of date. How to get updated? SLI, FCI, AA contact lists. Suggested that Scott issue a step by step email on how to do it. Brad could prompt in an FSILG notice.

FRSC Pam Gannon
Initial effort to develop scope and cost to perform community-wide upgrade to a standard for egress path doors (not bedrooms). Funding through IRDF. Hire a Project Manager for this effort. Intent will be to make functional what is there rather than to upgrade ,like what MIT did with LCA building.
Create RFP for PM. Second phase of construction fronted by IRDF $.House pays 25% when done.
MOVED, SECONDED AND VOTED: Project Manager to go through all houses. ($ by IRDF). PM could accompany BSF on his inspection visits.

Facility Management Proposal
Present to Plenary. Need 10 houses. Need to limit scope. Not a PM for major renovations. Perhaps limit by time spent. FM needs to develop report/log/spreadsheet of issues.
Construction by licensed tradesmen.
Need to secure funding before advertising and hiring FM. PM needs background in trades; FM a generalists/communicator.
Please send ideas for candidates. Create a search committee.
