AILG Facilities Committee Meeting 11/4/2020 10:00 am via Zoom Attendees: Scott Klemm, Pam Gannon, Larry Stabile, Tom Holtey, Ernie Sabine, Brad Badgley, Bill Tsacoyeanes (Sigma Chi), Dennis Collins, Tom Stohlman, Bob Ferrara, Liz Jason, Josh Schuler, Patrick McCabe, Peter Cooper MIT has announced no spring occupancy for FSILGs. Summer not yet determined. Winter Maintenance Guidelines: Scott offered some changes: Move security earlier, add reference to retrieval of belongings. Moved, seconded and voted approving changes. Pam will distribute to committee and to AILG Board+ list, also SLI and AILG lists. Josh reported that Brookline inspections went well. Range of projects going on: whole house, bathrooms, roof and other minor repairs. EOG grant application deadlines extended. Clarifications announced. SLI dashboard backlogged due to big download by American Alarm, and Roxanne recovering from COVID. License renewals scheduled for January 1 in Cambridge and May 1 in Boston. Inspections not yet happening in Cambridge but expected in a few weeks. Chi Phi has experienced plastic debris in gas line clogging their high efficiency boiler. CP will contact DPU. Will research a filter. Tom Stohlman was nominated for Facilities Committee Chairman succeeding Larry Stabile. Moved, seconded and voted unanimously. Will be affirmed by AILG Board.
