Brad had no report but mentioned we were in finals week.

Josh reported that most houses have signed up for snow removal service.

Scott reported the inspections in Cambridge were virtual and went OK.

Pam reported that the Pilot Program received more than 10 applicants. Three were selected: WILG, Beta Theta Pi and No.6 Club.

Role of Facilities Committee as yet uncertain. Will help develop occupancy guidelines using lessons from Pilot. Committee should connect to the program through Akil.

There is a need to provide house management training to undergraduates who have not lived in the house for more than a year. Pat added that alumni need training as well. Discussion of form of training or next steps was inconclusive.

Renovations during downtime was discussed. Suggested that examples be provided and discussion of IRDF loan and grant process.
