One dorm may be a extended medical facility. Many GRAs have left. Moving company using RFID tags and pictures on boxes collected. Some houses completely empty. Working on a list. Brad: Looking to use a house for GRAs. Some walk throughs. Found unlocked windows, unlatched doors. Best to leave interior bedroom doors open for heat distribution and fire alarm detection. Yesterday a manhole fire damaged fiber for 9 Back bay houses east of Mass Ave. See IS&T alert for updates. Brad making list of occupants/houses. Pam making list of emergency contacts. Will coordinate with American Alarm list. Security patrols of Boston houses by MIT PD. Cambridge by AUS who also are covering dorms. Known points of vulnerability should be forwarded. Renewal: Down to one finalist. Will do pilots to develop report format. Project Manager for egress work: No funding yet. Stop order for construction applies to Boston and Cambridge only. Does not apply to emergency or life safety, IT, trash, pest control, plumbing, electricalˇ­ Director of Facilities: Two finalists. DoF will be BSF. Relicensing: Boston CI bills received. Licensing applications can be submitted electronically. Cambridge on hold. Reimbursements for room and board not yet resolved. Current idea is to go through alumni corporations. Questionnaire will be developed. Issue being worked by AILG Board Akil and Eric . Summer rental uncertain. Since this funds rush for many, rush will be very different next fall. NEXT MEETING Wed.
