AILG Facilities Committee Meeting of 4/22/2020 9:00 am via Zoom

Attendees: Larry Stabile, Pam Gannon, Bob Ferrara, Liz Jason, Tom Holtey, Brad Badgley, Ernie Sabine, Patrick McCabe, Tom Stohlman , Josh Schuler, Scott Klemm, Peter Cooper

CPW: Brad reported that forums on Zoom conducted for students and for parents. Less than 100 participants each versus 2000 for past CPWs.

Building status:  No Change in occupancy from last week.

Theta Zi experienced a breakin. Clothes and video cameras stolen. Discovered by alumni.  Much discussion of protocol for notifying House Corp. Existing protocol deemed adequate and includes house corp notification.

Josh is visiting buildings and has observed burgeoning rat infestation. Somewhat due to food scraps left throughout buildings.

Need time to be established for personal belongings to be retrieved by seniors. Might be possible to use facetime video to guide a packer remotely. Alumni might help. Thorough cleaning will require belongings to be packed.

Prep Work for Reopening phasing document has been drafted by Josh and Scott.; modification of Action Now document.  They will circulate for comment.

Pam will provide local contact list to the call around crew. Will not make wider distribution of the list.

Facilities Zoom meeting for all AILG will be developed.
