Pam and Brad reported that Pilots are going well. Chapter meetings have been virtual. MIT pods are 6 people, Pilot Household can be up to 15. Pilot houses can decide how many can gather for a particular purpose. Will start collecting advice for the other houses. FCI reported that some CIs from Boston have arrived. Boston license renewal on-line process directions are expected soon. Cambridge is using a consultant for inspections happening this week and next. Sprinkler reports are coming quickly now (electronic). Tom S. expressed concern that inspectors actually see the house. Josh reassured that he is visiting 100% of the houses as part of his pre-inspections. OLD BUSINESS: For Start-up Sub-committee Tom has a draft script in process. Josh is drafting time-lines. Renewal Program: Larry has 3/2019 spreadsheets and will resend for houses to update once the Renewal Committee is ready for that input. (Formats are not consistent). Copies also in FCI document lockers. Pam recommends that program be re-explained. Tom will ask the AILG Board to re-affirm. Will be presented at April 22 Plenary Meeting. Bob Ferrara is the AILG webmaster. He will consult with Tom about what to update. Summer operations decision is imminent from MIT. Scott and Josh will pursue insurance discount for sprinkler and domestic water freeze-up temperature monitoring systems. NEXT MEETING May 5, 2021 Notes by Peter Cooper Notes revised incorporating comments in 5/5/2021 meeting relating to Renewal Program.
