Attendees:  Bob Ferrara, Pam Gannon, Ernie Sabine, Larry Stabile, Scott Klemm, Tom Stohlman, Brad Badgley, Patrick McCabe, Dennis Collins, Josh Schuler, Peter Cooper

Minutes of 8/4/2021 approved as revised.

Pam previewed the upcoming AILG COVID policy seminar.

Dennis Collins described MIT Housing's policy on contractors: all on COVID-Pass MIT system, which includes vaccination, testing, attestation for contact tracing and use of masks while in the building.

Brad reported that DSL conducted a house managers' meeting last Thursday.

Scott reported for FCI that Boston Fire Dept. and Cambridge Health Inspections are expected week of September 20.

Trash removal/dumpster experience is that a lot of extra stuff is coming out of the buildings.

Renewal Program plans pilots in Theta Chi, Sigma Kappa and Fenway House. Consultant will visit the three houses and issue a report. Patrick recommended that the Facilities Committee review the report.

Nominations: Stohlman was nominated and accepted for one year term. Larry Stabile and Bill T. were mentioned as possible nominees for next year.

Josh and Scott reported that sewer backups have been experienced due to wipes in toilets.

Kitchen steward training as an abbreviated version of serve safe is planned.
