Attendees: Larry Stabile, Patrick McCabe, Scott Klemm, Pam Gannon, Bob Ferrara, Roxanne Jones, Dennis Collins, Tom Holtey, Brad Badgley, and by phone Peter Cooper.
 

Building Safety Facilitator (BSF): Certificates of Inspection received for Cambridge. Expect BFD by end of October. Awaiting Boston CIs. Documents will be uploaded to SLI document lockers.

Tom Stohlman plans to retire from the BSF role. Need replacement. What qualifications: architect, retired fireman, insurance inspector?

Perhaps role could be filled by a Facilities Management firm.

SLI and BSF scopes need to be reviewed/updated.

Immediate steps:

SLI spec.  Identify firms. Ask community; Boston and Cambridge inspectors, contractors, architects for ideas.

Reconsider meeting time for this committee meeting. Time is challenging for commuters.
