The AILG holds quarterly Plenary meetings, an Annual Meeting at the end of the academic year, and occasional Retreats. All member organizations are invited and encouraged to send one or more people to all of these.
At the Plenary Meetings, member organizations vote on group policy and direction, discuss shared concerns, and become informed about community issues. At the Annual Meeting, members approve the annual budget and elect AILG Board members and Ombudspersons. Retreats typically focus on sharing knowledge, community growth, and responses to developing issues or challenges.
