AILG Facilities Committee Meeting August 4, 2021 10:00 am via Zoom

Attendees: Tom Holtey, Tom Stohlman, Bill Tsocoyeanes, Larry Stabile, Bob Ferrara, Pam Gannon, Brad Badgley, Scott Klemm, Patrick McCabe, Josh Schuler, Ernie Sabine, Peter Cooper

Minutes of July 7 meeting approved.

Brad reported for DSL that content is being developed for house managers training. Josh and Scott will provide BSF content.

No changes to report on COVID procedures. Now.mit.edu has the latest. Cecilia will address medical guidance at AILG Board Meeting.

MIT requires vaccination of all students and staff. Masks required during move-in.

Moved, seconded and voted to ask AILG Board to affirm COVID- vaccination-mask guidance recommendations.

Scott and Josh reported for BSF/FCI. Boston Fire Dept has a new inspector. Scheduling is developing. Hope to push to Sept when houses are occupied.

Reopening spreadsheet discussed including comments from Start-up meeting and regarding egress, trash, electrical, plumbing, et.al.

Pam updated us on Renewal Program. Consultant contract is in development. AILG Treasurer, Eric Cigan,  is part of the Committee. Maybe some pilot projects in the fall.
