Alpha Phi has granted more than $900,000 to MIT programs, including $225,000 to the Public Service Center, $142,000 to iHouse, and $250,000 to Office of Engineering Outreach Programs. $500,000 has gone to neighborhood programs such as Tutoring Plus, Margaret Fuller Settlement House and Community Art Center, community-based NGO’s, with $400,000 for programs such as CCTV, Breakthrough Cambridge, and Best Buddies.

Sigma Nu Raises Funds for the jimmy Fund Clinic
Sausage Fest is a fundraiser organized by the MIT Chapter of Sigma Nu every semester in support of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The brothers of Sigma Nu will be selling delicious hot dogs and refreshing drinks the entire afternoon! The money raised will be donated to the Jimmy Fund Clinic, which focuses on testicular cancer research.

Epsilon Theta Lends a Hand to the Greater Boston Food Bank
Students and alumni/ae from Epsilon Theta coed fraternity attended three group volunteer trips to the Greater Boston Food Bank, which serves as a supplier to food pantries, shelters, and free meal programs across eastern Massachusetts, distributing 48 million pounds of food last year. ET volunteers helped sort donations of canned goods, dry goods, and frozen meat, helping to salvage hundreds of pounds of food each trip.
